I rarely send emails regarding good service because, to be honest, too often we are dealing with average or poor levels of service. What a refreshing change it was to meet yourself.
Both my wife and I were totally blown away by your knowledge, professional approach mixed with a twist of humour, and your patience whilst we spent several hours listening to different components (on more than 1 occasion), until we found what we felt was right for us. The fact that you then travelled out and advised on component positioning, and cable lays, whilst we were having building work was real customer service. When you offered to return and set up the system, to ensure we got the most from it was exceptional.
I can happily report the system has been well tested and we love it, it’s only when you get a good system you realise what you have been missing.

Dave – as I mentioned in my ‘phone call last week, I am “pleased as punch” with my new 804 Diamonds, so glad you took the time to persevere and educate my ears (even if at the expense of my wallet!).
Without your time, advise, patience and the visits to the demo room, I am sure I would have ended up with something far “lesser”. As it is, it is as if I have a whole new music collection, such are the abilities of these speakers.
It may have taken me many years to finally decide to upgrade, but I am very glad I did. Music has become a pleasure for me once more.
