Sound Academy are WEEE compliant – The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items.

At Sound Academy we offer a free in store Take Back Scheme so you are able to bring your old like for like items into our shop within 28 days of your initial purchase.  If you do not recycle electrical equipment it will end up in landfill where hazardous substances an cause contamination harming both wildlife and human health.

All electrical equipment can be recycled and is now marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol, so please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with this symbol) into your bin.
